All Personal Training sessions are conducted in a safe outdoor environment at Anna’s home studio in Ferntree Gully. Each session is tailored to each individuals needs and goals. Anna offers a range of training services: one on one personal training, semi private personal training, group exercise and women’s only exercise classes. Exercise is a form of mindfulness and meditation. It allows you to get out of your head and into your body. Anna offers exercise techniques practiced over 20 years including boxing, battle ropes, kettlebell, agility, cardio, pilates, strength, core and posture. The focus of each training session is on implementing the correct technique and to get the most out of your mind and body.

One on one personal training sessions maximize your fitness gains through an exercise program tailored to your individual needs. Group exercise sessions offer a fun, inspirational and dynamic environment with added motivation from your peers.
