The Covid-19 outbreak has taken its toll on the fitness industry all around the world, including here in Australia. Gyms and leisure centres, like many other businesses, have been forced to close their doors following public health directives. Sports clubs and teams were affected too with numerous fixtures postponed, and many competitions cancelled.

At Fitgurl, we are no different and have had to abide by the social distancing laws and regulations, with only individual 1:1 training available in person at this stage. However, Anna is here with home workout and stretching sessions, nutrition programs and online training/coaching that will help you stay fit with our now, limited exercise possibilities.

  • Since moving from Germany to Australia 7 years ago, Anna has used online coaching to continue training triathletes and mountain bikers living in Germany.
  • Zoom and skype training allows you to feel like Anna is in your home, by your side encouraging you to push yourself harder to achieve your goals.
  • Anna will customize a diet plan that works for your body and adjusts with your schedule, preventing snacking while you are stuck at home.
  • Mountain bike coaching plans are also available to keep you race fit.

A big part of physical distancing is losing connections with those around us, using Zoom to facilitate in-home personal training and having Anna alongside you in your own home, ensures you are not working out alone and you have her motivating you to complete your workout and achieve your goals, connecting as you go. Enjoy training with Anna on your own, or bring in friends accessing Zoom in their own homes, to join you.
